Processing

We prepare your order in 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

• Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom: 6–13 business days
• Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and Finland: 7–18 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 10–15 business days

During peak season it may take a little longer.

Cost

Shipping is free to every country we sell to.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you always know where it is.

Taxes and customs

Products ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be outside your country. Import taxes and duties are already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Protected shipping

For a small fee you can add protected shipping: if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged, we send you a new one for free.

Problems with your delivery

If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, or the address was wrong, email us at hola@snowface.shop and we'll sort it out.
