Refund policy

At Snowface we want you to be happy with your balaclava. If you're not, you can return it.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. Email us at hola@snowface.shop with your order number saying you want to return it, and we'll reply with the return address.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, in good condition and in its packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
• For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unused products.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of you telling us about the return, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you've sent it) before refunding.

Faulty or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at hola@snowface.shop with photos and we'll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you. You also keep the legal guarantee that applies in your country (at least 2 years in the EU).
